Making Pickle
The following blog is making Pickle in my own house the ingridiants and steps ar given belo; Step 1: Peel the boiled potatoes and cut them in to pices. Step 2: Roughly mash few potatoes to make the gravy. Step 3: Take heated and cooled mustard oil, add red chilly powder to give nice colour, turmeric powder, mustard seed powder, salt. Step 4: Add lemon red or green chilly and mix all those things Step 5: Enjoy your potato pickle! Ingrediants: 1/2 kg potatoes 2 spoon til 1 spoon jeera 2 spoon timuur 3/4 lemons 5/6 green chilly split Mix those all by your clean hands or clean utensils
